摘要
优化亚临界流体萃取欧芹籽精油的工艺条件,并与水蒸气蒸馏法萃取欧芹籽精油进行对比分析。以精油得率作为评价指标,通过单因素结合正交试验优化亚临界流体萃取欧芹籽精油工艺条件,并结合GC/MS对不同提取工艺获得精油进行成分分析。亚临界流体萃取欧芹籽精油最佳工艺条件为萃取温度50℃,萃取时间40 min,萃取次数3次,料液比为1∶15(g∶mL),在此工艺条件下欧芹籽精油得率为4.51%,较水蒸气蒸馏法精油得率提高了22.89%;亚临界流体萃取欧芹籽精油中鉴定出53种化合物,占总量98.13%,较水蒸气蒸馏精油中化合物数量和总含量分别提高了32.5%、8.7%。亚临界流体萃取工艺是种较理想的提取欧芹籽精油的方法,具有提取效率高及品质好等优点,适合批量生产,该研究为欧芹籽精油开发利用提供技术支撑。
The subcritical fluid extraction of parsley seed essential oil were optimized and compared with steam distillation.Taking the yield of essential oil as the evaluation index,the subcritical fluid extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor combined with orthogonal experiment.The composition analysis of essential oil was carried out by combining GC/MS.The optimum process conditions for subcritical fluid extraction of parsley seed essential oil were as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,extraction time 40 min,extraction times 3 times,material-liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL).Under the above process conditions,the yield of parsley seed essential oil was 4.51%,which was 22.89%higher than that of by steam distillation;53 compounds were identified in the essential oil of parsley seeds extracted by subcritical fluid,accounting for 98.13%of the total,which were 32.5%and 8.7%higher respectively than those by steam distillation.The subcritical fluid extraction process is an ideal method for extracting parsley seed essential oil.It has the advantages of high yield of essential oil and good quality.It is suitable for manufacture production.This research provides technical support for the development and utilization of parsley seed essential oil.
