摘要
建立近红外光谱法快速检测辣椒红中色素含量(吸光度)的方法。用近红外智能透射方式对辣椒红色素进行扫描。以分光光度计检测结果作为化学值,光谱采用一阶求导,Norris平滑处理,以偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立回归模型。模型的主因子数为10,决定系数为0.9995,验证均方差分别为:RMSEC=0.828和RMSECV=1.05,模型的预测精度高,稳健性好,适用于辣椒红色素样品的批量快速检测。
A method for rapid determination of pigment content in capsaicin by near infrared spectroscopy was established.Capsaicin was scanned by near infrared intelligent transmission method.Spectrophotometer detection results were used as chemical values,the spectrum was differentiated by first order;Norris smoothing adjustment,and partial least squares(PLS)were used to establish the regression model.It has been verified that principal factors was 10,determination coefficient was 0.9995,validation mean square error was:RMSEC=0.828 and RMSECV=1.05 respectively.The prediction accuracy and robustness of the model are high,and the method is suitable for rapid batch detection of capsaicin samples.
