人工繁育仔树鼩睁眼时间的影响因素

Influencing Factors on Eyes Opening Time of Artificially Bred Infant Tree Shrews

摘要 为了探究树鼩人工繁育技术并为相关研究提供数据参考,本试验对2019年1月—2021年6月间收集的共352份全人工繁育的仔树鼩数据进行统计,采用SPSS 20.0软件单因素方差分析4个不同遗传背景树鼩家族仔树鼩睁眼时间的差异,采用t检验分别研究有无初乳、不同性别和有无腹泻对仔树鼩睁眼时间的影响,对幼仔出生重、睁眼重与睁眼时间进行Spearman相关分析和回归分析,计算回归系数(b值)、95%置信区间(95%CI)和P值。结果显示,家族Ⅱ与家族Ⅳ仔树鼩睁眼时间差异极显著(P<0.01),家族Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ仔树鼩睁眼时间差异极显著(P<0.01);无初乳个体睁眼时间极显著早于有初乳个体(P<0.01);雌性睁眼时间显著早于雄性(P<0.05);腹泻和未腹泻仔树鼩睁眼时间无显著差异(P>0.05);幼仔出生重与睁眼时间无相关性(r=-0.024,P>0.05);出生重与睁眼重呈正相关(r=0.410,P<0.01),回归分析显示[b=2.340,95%CI(1.798~2.882),P<0.01];睁眼时间与睁眼重呈正相关(r=0.484,P<0.01),回归分析显示[b=0.155,95%CI(0.129~0.180),P<0.01]。结果表明,在人工繁育条件下,仔树鼩睁眼时间受遗传调控影响,雌性、无初乳个体会更早睁眼,体重发育较轻个体可能较早睁眼,短期腹泻不影响幼仔睁眼时间。 In order to assess the artificial breeding technology for tree shrew and provide data reference for related research,this study obtained and statistically analyzed a total of 352 infant tree shrews data under artificial breeding from January 2019 to June 2021,used SPSS 20.0 to analyze one-way ANOVA of differences in the eyes opening time of infants from four families with different genetic backgrounds;used t-test to assess the effects of colostrum,gender and diarrhea on the eyes opening time of infants;performed Spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis on birth weight,eyes opening weight and time;and calculated the regression coefficient(b value),95%confidence interval(95%CI)and P value.The results showed that there was a significant difference in eyes opening time between family II and family IV(P<0.01),and that of family I,III and IV was significantly different(P<0.01).The eyes opening time in infants without colostrum was earlier than that with colostrum(P<0.01).Female eyes opened slightly earlier than male(P<0.05).The eyes opening time between diarrhea and non-diarrhea cases was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).No correlation between the birth weight and eyes opening time was noted(r=-0.024,P>0.05).Birth weight was positively correlated with eyes opening weight(r=0.410,P<0.01),and the results of regression analysis showed[b=2.340,95%CI(1.798~2.882),P<0.01];eyes opening time positively correlated with eyes opening weight(r=0.484,P<0.01),and the results of regression analysis showed[b=0.155,95%CI(0.129~0.180),P<0.01].Thus,the eyes opening time of infant tree shrews under artificial breeding was affected by genetic regulation;female and without colostrum feeding infants opened their eyes earlier;infants with lower weight gain opened their eyes earlier;and short-term diarrhea did not affect the eyes opening time.
