猫重组ω干扰素配合不同药物治疗猫传染性鼻气管炎的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effects of Recombinant Feline ω Interferon Combined with Different Drugs on Feline Infectious Rhinotracheitis Treatment

为了观察猫ω干扰素配合不同药物治疗猫传染性鼻气管炎(FIR)的临床疗效,本试验将收治的12例猫传染性鼻气管炎患猫作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C三个组,每组4例,A组应用泛昔洛韦口服、更昔洛韦和眼康泰乐菌素滴眼治疗,B组在A组基础上配合猫重组ω干扰素治疗,C组在B组基础上配合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾注射液治疗,直至临床症状完全消失,观察各组治疗效果。结果显示,3种方法均可治疗猫传染性鼻气管炎,C组患猫痊愈时间最短,A组患猫痊愈时间最长,B组和C组痊愈时间分别显著低于A组(P<0.05),但B组和C组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);B组和C组治疗效果比A组更好;C组患猫疾病转归情况优于A组和B组,C组症状明显改善时间早于A组和B组。结果表明,在猫传染性鼻气管炎的治疗中,使用猫重组ω干扰素配合泛昔洛韦、更昔洛韦滴眼液、眼康泰乐菌素滴眼液、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾注射液可以缩短治疗时间,提升治疗效果,临床效果较好,值得推广应用。

To observe the clinical effects of recombinant felineωinterferon combined with different drugs on feline infectious rhinotracheitis(FIR)treatment,this study randomly divided 12 cases of FIR into three groups,four cases per group;with group A receiving oral famciclovir,ganciclovir and ophthalmic concomitant tylosin eye drops,group B receiving recombinant felineωinterferon on the basis of group A,group C receiving amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium injection on the basis of group B,until clinical symptoms disappeared,and the therapeutic effect of each group was observed.The results showed that all three treatments were applicable to feline infectious rhinotracheitis;group C had the shortest recovery time,and group A had the longest recovery time,group B and group C had significantly lower recovery time than group A(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The therapeutic effects of group B and group C were better than that of group A.The prognosis of FIR in group C was better than that in group A and B,and the symptom improvement time in group C was earlier than that in group A and B.Thus,recombinant felineωinterferon combined with famciclovir,ganciclovir and ophthalmic concomitant tylosin eye drops,and amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium injection demonstrate shorten treatment time and excellent therapeutic effect for feline infectious rhinotracheitis,and are recommended for clinical application.
