摘要
根据工程项目的作业流程和智慧绿色港口的需要,通过对火车牵引车的基础设施投入、节能减排、环境适应性等方面进行综合性能分析和比较,确定了储能式牵引车作为牵车系统设计方案;根据实际工程的使用环境及使用方需求,通过对比储能式牵引车两种动力方案的特点,最终选用超级电容牵引车作为储能式火车牵引车方案。依据超级电容牵引车的工作要求和供电需要,从箱式变电站、地面充电桩、受电弓和超级电容四个部分对其供电系统进行了详细设计,以满足超级电容牵引车的充电和工作要求,研究结果对新能源牵引车在智慧绿色港口的应用提供了电力保障。
To combine the construction process of a project with the needs of smart green port,analyze and compare the design plans from the aspects of energy saving,emission reduction,environment adaptability,infrastructure investment of train tractor,energy storage tractor is determined as the traction system in the design.Based on local conditions,actual demands,the characteristics of two driving force plans for the energy storage tractor,super-capacitor tractor finally applies here.To satisfy the work requirements and power supply of the super-capacitor tractor,a detail design of power supply system is carried out,covering such four parts as box-type substation,ground charging pile,pantograph and super-capacitor.The research results will assist the application of new energy tractor in smart green ports from the aspect of power guarantee.
