摘要
筒仓作为大型构筑物,其结构设计直接影响整个项目的安全、投资、工期以及后期使用、维护等。本文以实际工程为依托,首先简要介绍了筒仓的基础、仓下支撑结构、仓底结构、仓顶结构及仓顶建筑物的前期结构方案确定。然后针对筒仓结构承载的重点和关键部位进行了受力分析,对于直接承受动力荷载的混凝土轨道梁进行了疲劳验算,保证了筒仓的安全性和可靠性。最后根据物料特性选择合适的漏斗型式,并对比了锥形漏斗和双曲线漏斗的优缺点。本文阐明了筒仓结构设计的基本内容,可为将来类似工程设计提供参考和依据。
As a large-scale structure,the design of silo affects directly the safety,investment,construction period,service and maintenance of an entire project.Based on engineering practice,a slight sketch of silo covers foundation,support under the silo,top and bottom structure of the silo,and the decision of early-stage plan.The force analysis is then performed on the key parts bearing structural load,and the fatigue check-calculation is made for the concrete rail beam subject to dynamic load,which can ensure the silo is safe and reliable.Finally,the type of funnel to fit the characteristics of material is selected,complete with the comparison of conical and hyperbolic funnels involving the merits and demerits.The introduction to basic silo structure design will provide a reference for similar engineering design in future.
