摘要 以长江口南槽航道治理一期工程为例,分析了其施工中的技术难点,通过高克重布料制备大型砂袋、疏浚土再生利用以及水下可视化监测,构筑了袋装砂斜坡堤施工关键技术创新体系。工程应用表明,新研制的大型砂袋突破原充填高度只有1 m的限制,疏浚土再生较好地解决了长江口禁采期内砂料来源的问题,同时水下可视化实时监测大幅提升了施工精度;技术创新体系取得了良好的环保、经济与社会效益,具有适用性与先进性,可为类似项目提供技术借鉴与参考。 Based on South Channel Regulating Phase-1Project at Yangtze River Estuary,the main difficulties in construction are studied.An innovation system of key construction technology for bag-sand slope embankment is built by adopting such measures as large sand bags made with high gram weight cloth,dredged soil reuse and underwater visual monitoring.The dredged soil serves as new sand source at Yangtze River estuary during the closed sand-extraction season,and underwater real-time monitoring visualization greatly improves the construction accuracy.Technological innovation system is applicable and advanced,which guarantees environmental protection,economic and social benefits.The research results will provide technical reference for similar projects.
