摘要
冬虫夏草是我国高原地区特有的名贵中药材。其中多糖类、核苷类、甾醇类、甘露醇、多酚和尿素等作为冬虫夏草中最主要的几种化合物,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,在医疗领域前景广阔。本文总结归纳了冬虫夏草多糖、核苷、甾醇、甘露醇、多酚、尿素六类化合物的研究进展,及这些化合物在真菌生长发育过程中发挥的作用。在此基础上对冬虫夏草中生物活性物质的利用与开发进行了展望。
Ophiocordyceps sinensis is a precious Chinese medicinal material unique to the plateau region of my country.Among them,polysaccharides,nucleosides,sterols,mannitol,polyphenols and urea,as the most important compounds in Ophiocordyceps sinensis,have various biological activities such as immune regulation,anti-oxidation and anti-tumor,and have application prospects in the medical fieldbroad.The research progress on six compounds of Ophiocordyceps sinensis polysaccharides,nucleosides,sterols,mannitol,polyphenols and urea,and the roles of these compounds in the growth and development of fungi were summarized.On this basis,the utilization and development of bioactive substances in Ophiocordyceps sinensis were prospected.
