摘要
离子交换色谱是20世纪70年代开始发展起来的一种新型液相分离技术,其具有操作简单、灵敏度高、选择性高、灵活性强等特点,自开发以来被广泛应用于药品、食品、建筑、环境、石油化工、电力等行业中化合物和离子含量测定和监测,为行业的发展发挥着不可替代的重要作用,为人民健康提供有力的技术支撑,本文综述了近年来离子交换色谱与其他技术联用在药品、食品、工业、环境领域中的应用。
Ion exchange chromatography,as a new type of liquid separation technology,is developed in the 1970s,which has simple operation,high sensitivity,high selectivity,high flexibility,etc.Since development is widely used in pharmaceutical,food,architecture,environmental,petrochemical,electric power industries such as compounds and ions content in the measuring and monitoring,it plays an irreplaceable important role in the development of the industry and provides strong technical support for people s health.The application of ion exchange chromatography and other technologies in the fields of medicine,food,industry and environment in recent years were reviewed.
