摘要
异香豆素(Isocoumarin)是许多天然产物的重要组成部分,其衍生物广泛分布在自然界中,具有抗菌、抗过敏、抗HIV和抗肿瘤等多种优良的药理活性且被广泛应用于生产、生活和科研中。因其独特的生物活性,使得异香豆素类化合物的合成方法成为合成化学家和医药学家研究的热点之一。本文详细综述了部分天然产物中异香豆素衍生物所具有的生物活性及其化学合成方法方面的进展。
Isocoumarin is an important component of many natural products,and its derivatives are widely distributed in nature.It has various excellent pharmacological activities such as antibacterial,anti allergic,anti HIV,and anti-tumor,and is widely used in production,daily life and scientific research.Due to its unique biological activity,the synthesis methods of coumarin compounds have become a hot research topic for synthetic chemists and pharmaceutical scientists.A detailed review of the biological activities and chemical synthesis methods of coumarin derivatives in some natural products was provided.
