促进链烷烃双分子裂化的催化剂设计

摘要 考察了模型化合物在纯烃固定床微反装置上的催化裂化反应行为,验证了链烷烃双分子裂化反应对链烷烃裂化的促进作用,而链烷烃和环状烃类的负氢转移对链烷烃裂化起抑制作用。选择IM-5分子筛作为提高裂化选择性的催化剂的活性组分,对该催化剂在催化裂化ACE装置上进行评价发现,适当引入IM-5分子筛后,转化率增大,循环油中所含可裂化烃类(链烷烃和环烷烃等饱和烃)选择性显著下降,提高了链烷烃的深度裂化能力。 Themodel compoundswas chosen to test the catalytic cracking performance in the hydrocarbon fixed bed device.The experiments ruled out the paraffins could be promoted by the bimolecular reation of cracking with other carbonium ions,but depressed by transfer reactions with other clclic hydrocarbon.IM-5 zeolite was selected to improve cracking selectivity of the active ingredient.Then the catalyst was evaluated in FCC ACE device,with the introduction of IM-5 zeolite,the conversion rate was increased.The selectivity of cracking hydrocarbons(paraffins and naphthenic saturated hydrocarbons)Contained by cycle oil decreased significantly,the depth of paraffins cracking ability was improved.
