土壤中苯胺和3,3’-二氯联苯胺测试的研究

摘要 气相色谱质谱法在环境监测领域至关重要,通过加压流动萃取的前处理及正己烷(50%)和丙酮(50%)混合溶剂的选择、通过加压流动萃取提取、氮吹浓缩,水浴温度为40℃氮吹方式采样直吹和斜吹结合、通过C 18的净化方式,对土壤中的苯胺和3,3′-二氯联苯胺的测试,采用气相色谱质谱法;通过空白测试、检出限和定量限、精密度、加标回收等实验,能够准确、快速、有效的测定土壤和沉积物中苯胺和3,3′-二氯联苯胺的含量。 Gas chromatography mass spectrometry is very important in the field of environmental monitoring.Through the pretreatment of pressurized flow extraction and the selection of mixed solvents of n-hexane(50%)and acetone(50%),through pressurized flow extraction,nitrogen blowing concentration,water bath temperature of 40℃nitrogen blowing sampling direct blowing and oblique blowing combination,through C 18 purification method,aniline and 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in soil were tested by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The content of aniline and 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in soil and sediment can be accurately,rapidly and effectively determined by blank test,detection limit and quantitative limit,precision and standard addition recovery.
