一种高温高压井筒泄漏动态修复模拟设备

摘要 针对现有堵漏模拟装置存在的应用条件限制问题,设计并开发了一种新型井筒堵漏模拟试验装置,可模拟井筒高温(~150℃)、高压(~25 MPa)环境下,密封流体在管壁泄漏位置的连续封堵过程。设备采用整体结构设计,除满足API堵漏试验要求,还具有漏点压差可控、密封流体动态循环、液-固转化可视化等多种特殊功能。经过测试和试验应用,该高温高压动态修复模拟设备操作方便,工作稳定可靠,能够有效用于井筒泄漏及堵漏模拟。 With the intention to address the limitations of existing plugging simulation devices,a new type of wellbore plugging simulation test device was designed and developed.It could simulate the continuous sealing process of sealing fluid at the leakage location of the pipe wall under high temperature(~150℃)and high pressure(~25 MPa)environments in the wellbore.The equipment adopted an overall structural design,which not only met the requirements of API leak testing,but also had various special functions such as controllable leak point pressure difference,dynamic circulation of sealing fluid,and visualization of liquid-solid conversion.After testing and experimental application,the high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic repair simulation equipment was easy to operate,stable and reliable in operation,and could be effectively used for wellbore leakage and plugging simulation.
