新时代对高校教师的要求是课程思政与专业课结合两者同向同行。高校教师不仅需要提高专业知识还要提高自身的思想道德水平,同时还要挖掘专业课程中的思政元素,融入自己的实践教学中。在专业课程的教学中将思政理念通过课程教学传达给学生,潜移默化的进行思想政治的教育,将专业课程教学与思想政治教育有机结合起来。引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,为国家中医药事业培养接班人。
