李家壕选煤厂智能加介系统研究

摘要 针对传统重介质添加过程智能化程度低、操作稳定性差、劳动强度大等弊端,李家壕选煤厂在充分利用现有的技术基础上对加介系统进行改造,针对介质堆的智能抓取与添加环节,设计并应用了介质堆表面识别与取介点智能定位系统,通过比较不同建模算法建立最佳的加介量预测模型与智能控制策略,开发出介质与水混合过程自动控制系统,探索了智能加介全过程。实现了加介量的精准统计,提高了选煤厂的智能化水平。 Aiming at the drawbacks of traditional heavy media addition processes such as low intelligence level,poor operational stability,and high labor intensity,the heavy medium addition system is transformed in Lijiahao Coal Preparation Plant.In order to realize the intelligent grasping and adding process of the medium stack,an intelligent positioning system was designed and applied for the surface identification and point of the stack.By comparing different modeling algorithms,the optimal prediction model and intelligent control strategy were established for the amount of media added.An automatic control system for the mixing process of medium and water was developed,and the entire process of intelligent addition of medium was explored.The amount of added medium was accurately calculated,and the intelligence level of the coal preparation plant was improved.
