摘要
针对重载铁路装卸车站亟待解决的减轻人员作业强度和提高效率的需求,在分析重载铁路车站的站型、车列、作业方式等特征的基础上,针对现有以单一作业装置为主要途径的方案在可用性及可靠性方面存在的问题,提出采用流程再造与研发配套系统结合的简化调车作业系统方案。该方案基于一套具有定位、多角度摄像、风压控制为一体的5G通信便携设备,以及一个与之配套的手持终端实现全站范围内的自动领车和试风作业,结合室外设置的摄像头设备和室内作业岗位设置的自动化设备管理平台,满足便携装置自动定位、配对,以及一个岗位同时控制多个调车过程的需求,实现调车作业过程的简化与作业效率的提升,避免穿行股道的风险点,保障调车作业过程的安全。
In view of the need of improving efficiency and reducing personnel operation intensity in the loading and unloading station of heavy haul railways,this paper analyzed the characteristics of station type,train set,and operation mode of heavy haul railway stations and explored the defects in availability or reliability of the existing scheme taking a single operation device as the main way.After analyzing the above defects,this paper proposed a simplified shunting operation system scheme combining the process reengineering system and the research and development supporting system.The scheme was based on a set of 5G communication portable devices integrating positioning,multi-angle camera,and air-pressure control,as well as a supporting handheld terminal to realize automatic vehicle leading and air-pressure tests within the station.Combined with the camera set outdoors and the automatic equipment management platform set for indoor operation posts,it could realize the automatic positioning and matching of portable devices and meet the need for one post to control multiple shunting processes at the same time.As a result,it could simplify the shunting operation process,improve operation efficiency,avoid risk points of crossing the track,and ensure the safety of the shunting operation process.
