摘要
传统汽车转向灯固有的发光角度在驾驶中容易造成视野盲区,通过地面投影辅助转向将在汽车领域得到广泛应用。介绍了转向灯的发展趋势,以LED芯片为光源,利用柱透镜的单向聚焦特性,结合成像光学理论,完成了流水式转向信号投影灯的开发。结果表明:相比传统方案,新方案提高了光学效率;在1 m高度,以45°角投射时,近端光斑实测照度大于300 lx。
The inherent luminous angle of traditional automobile steering lamps is easy to cause blind spots in the field of vision during driving.Auxiliary steer by projecting to the ground will be widely used in the automotive field.The development trend of turn signal lamp was introduced.Taking LED chip as the light source,the development of water flow turn signal projection lamp was completed by using the unidirectional focusing characteristics of cylindrical lens and combining with the theory of imaging optics.The results show that the new scheme improves the optical efficiency compared with the traditional scheme.When projected at a height of 1 m and angle of 45°,the illumination measured at the near-end of light spot is greater than 300 lx.
