摘要
MPDB试验是研究车辆碰撞兼容性的重要检测形式,不仅能检测乘员保护性,更能评价车辆的攻击性,而标准差是评价车辆攻击性的重要指标之一。为了计算标准差,需要对MPDB试验后蜂窝铝进行一系列的处理。详细阐述了从MPDB蜂窝铝试验前后测量到最终得出1 400个侵入量值的完整过程。总结了处理蜂窝铝扫描面过程中常见问题和解决思路,从中提取逻辑性强的两项功能,基于Delphi开发环境编译并封装成数据处理程序,再结合因地制宜的扫描前预处理和云图检查,实现MPDB蜂窝铝的高效精准处理。
Moving progressive deformable barrier(MPDB)test is an important assessment mode to study crash compatibility.It can not only detect occupant protection,but also evaluate vehicle aggression.Standard deviation(SD)is one of the important indexes to evaluate vehicle aggression.To calculate the SD,it is necessary to carry out a series of processing for honeycomb aluminum barrier after MPDB test.The complete process from the honeycomb aluminum barrier measurements before and after the MPDB test to the final 1400 intrusion values acquisition was described in detail.The common problems and solutions in the process of processing the scanning surface of honeycomb aluminum barrier were summarized,and two functions with strong logic were extracted,the data processing program was compiled and encapsulated based on Delphi development environment,and then combined the pre-scanning and contour inspection according to local conditions to realize the efficient and accurate processing of MPDB honeycomb aluminum barrier.
