纤维增强树脂复合材料化学回收技术研究进展

摘要 纤维增强树脂属于性能强大的复合材料,因强度理想、加工难度低、成本投入小,被应用于诸多工业产品制造中。随着纤维增强树脂复合材料(FRPC)使用量的日渐增加,工业产品达到退役年限,失去效用的复合材料逐渐累积,对环境造成污染的同时浪费了资源。但若能对这些废弃材料进行回收处理,可以产生更大的价值。基于此,文章深度研究了FRPC的化学回收技术及其经济性,以期最大限度地发挥出其价值。 Fiber reinforced resin is a powerful composite material,which is widely used in the manufacture of many industrial products due to its ideal strength,low processing difficulty and low cost.With the increasing use of fiber reinforced polymer composites(FRPC),industrial products have reached their retirement age,and the accumulation of ineffective composite materials has caused environmental pollution and resource waste.However,if these waste materials can be recycled,greater value can be generated.Based on this,this paper deeply studies the chemical recovery technology of FRPC and the economics of the recovery technology,with a view to maximizing its value.
