婴童服装产品在电子商务和流通领域质量数据分析

Analysis of quality data of infant and child clothing products in e-commerce and circulation field

由于童装产业的大规模发展,童装的安全防护也广受关注。文章结合2019—2021年有关婴童服装的国家及部分省市监督抽查数据,对婴童服装产品不合格项目、企业分布地域进行分析及风险提示。数据表明,婴童服装在电子商务和流通领域的不合格率最高为21.20%,不合格项目中占比较高的有纤维含量(45.93%)、绳带(20.35%)和附件抗拉强力(13.37%);不合格企业地域分布主要集中在广东省、浙江省、福建省等产业集群聚集地。对于生产、销售企业而言,需要重点关注的不合格项目为产品使用说明(标识)、纤维含量、绳带、附件抗拉强力、耐湿摩擦色牢度、pH。

Due to the large-scale development of the children’s clothing industry,the safety protection of children’s clothing has also received widespread attention.This paper combines the national and some provinces and cities’supervision and spot check data on infant and child clothing from 2019 to 2021 to analyze the unqualified items of infant and child clothing products,as well as the geographical distribution of enterprises,and provide risk warnings.The data shows that the highest unqualified rate of infant and child clothing in the e-commerce and circulation fields is 21.20%,with a relatively high proportion of unqualified items including fiber content(45.93%),rope strap(20.35%)and accessory tensile strength(13.37%);the geographical distribution of unqualified enterprises is mainly concentrated in industrial clusters such as Guangdong Province,Zhejiang Province,and Fujian Province.For production and sales enterprises,the unqualified items that need to be focused on are product instructions(identification),fiber content,rope strap,accessory tensile strength,color fastness to wet friction,and pH.
