“岗课赛证”融合下多元主体协同育人的现代纺织技术专业人才培养模式创新实践

Innovative practice of modern textile technology professional talents training model under the integration of“post,course,competition and certification”and multi-subjective collaborative education

文章通过对现代纺织技术专业原人才培养模式进行分析,找出存在的问题,进而不断进行改革探索,最终形成“岗课赛证”融合下多元主体协同育人的现代纺织技术专业人才培养模式,同时介绍了新人才培养模式的内涵以及新模式下育人机制、课程体系构建、师资团队、校企合作实施内容和取得的成效,以期通过新人才培养模式的创新实践探索,提升人才培养质量。

This paper analyzes the original talent cultivation model for modern textile technology majors,identifies existing problems,and continues to reform and explore to ultimately form a modern textile technology professional talent training model that integrates multi-subjects and cooperatively educates people under the integration of“post,course,competition and certification”.At the same time,it introduces the connotation of the new talent training model,as well as the education mechanism,curriculum system construction,teacher team,and school-enterprise cooperation implementation content and achievements under the new model,with a view to improving the quality of talent training through innovative practical exploration of new talent training models.
