50m水深处不同系泊形式浮式风力机的系泊系统分析

摘要 针对50m水深处浮式风力机系泊的安全性与经济性问题,基于中国南海北部某海域海况,通过叶素动量理论、势流理论、莫里森公式和有限元理论分别计算风力机风载荷、平台波浪载荷和系泊载荷,建立了50m水深处风力机-平台-系泊的耦合数值模型,并对比分析钢链、钢缆和聚酯缆系泊材料,及其与重块和浮筒在不同组合方式下系泊系统的性能和经济性。结果表明,在系泊线上合理地配置重块和浮筒在可以有效优化系泊张力响应极值;在满足系统性能的基础上,采用钢缆与重块组合或者聚酯缆与浮筒组合的系泊形式,在50m水深海域使风力机具有较好的适用性。采用钢缆或者聚酯缆作为系泊线主体的系泊形式,能够显著提高浮式风力机系泊系统的经济性。 Aiming at the safety and economy of floating offshore wind turbine(FOWT)mooring in 50m water depth,based on the sea conditions of a sea area in the north of the South China Sea,the wind load of wind turbine is calculated by bladed element momentum theory,the wave load of platform is calculated by potential flow theory and Morrison formula,and the mooring load is calculated by finite element theory.The coupling numerical model of wind turbine-platform-mooring in 50m water depth is established and the performance and economy of mooring system under different combinations of chain,wire rope and polyester rope mooring materials with clumps and buoys are comparied.The results show that reasonable arrangement of clumps and buoys on the mooring line can effectively optimize the extreme value of mooring tension;On the basis of meeting the system performance,the mooring forms of the combination of wire rope and clump or the combination of polyester rope and buoy has good applicability in the sea area of 50m water depth.The adoption of wire rope or polyester rope as the mainly mooring forms of mooring lines can significantly improve the economy of mooring system of FOWT project.
