综放孤岛工作面底板破坏微震规律分析

摘要 针对东庞矿北井9222孤岛工作面面临底板奥灰水及隐伏构造的威胁的问题,采用KJ1073煤矿微震监测系统对工作底板进行了实时、动态的监测。根据微震监测结果,对微震事件发育深度、分布不均衡性、与采线相对位置关系进行了分析。结果表明,在回采过程中,工作面底板最大破坏深度20~25 m;工作面两侧围岩破坏范围分别为42 m、55 m,背向工作面回采有助于孤岛工作面的安全生产;当工作面推进距离达到60 m时,底板破坏深度增加。研究结果为工作面底板注浆层位和外扩距离的确定提供了依据。 In view of the threat of floor Ordovician limestone water and concealed structure in No.9222 island face of Dongpang Mine,the KJ1073 coal mine microseismic monitoring system was used to monitor floor of the working face in real time and dynamically.According to the results of microseismic monitoring,the development depth,distribution imbalance and relative position relationship with working face of microseismic events were analyzed.The results showed that during the mining process,the maximum failure depth of the working face floor was 20~25 m;the failure range of surrounding rock on both sides of the working face was 42 m and 55 m respectively,and the mining of the back working face was helpful to the safe production of the island working face.When the advancing distance of working face reached 60 m,the failure depth of floor increased.The research results provided a basis for the determination of grouting layer and expansion distance of working face floor.
