摘要
以开拓煤业DSJ160/350/3×500型煤矿用带式输送机为研究对象,对自动张紧装置的结构进行了设计。介绍了自动张紧装置的整体结构方案,对钢丝绳、张紧卷筒、电动机、张力传感器进行选型计算。将设计的自动张紧装置应用到带式输送机工程实践中,表明该装置具有良好的运行效果,皮带张紧响应时间和设备振幅较原有的自动张紧装置分别降低了12%和20%,为带式输送机的安全可靠运行提供了保障。
Taking DSJ160/350/3×500 coal mine belt conveyor as the research object,the structure of automatic tensioning device is designed.The overall structure scheme of the automatic tensioning device is introduced,and the wire rope,tensioning drum,motor and tension sensor are selected and calculated.The designed automatic tensioning device is applied to the engineering practice of belt conveyor,which shows that the device has good operation effect.The belt tensioning response time and equipment amplitude are reduced by 12%and 20%respectively compared with the original automatic tensioning device,which provides a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of belt conveyor.
