摘要
为保证采煤工作面瓦斯抽采效果,针对挖金湾煤矿采空区瓦斯高、治理难度大问题,提出并实施高位钻孔抽采瓦斯技术。根据工作面采空区覆岩沉降特征,研究高位钻场布置位置,计算确定高位钻孔施工技术参数。通过在8107工作面进行高位钻孔抽采瓦斯技术试验,并与高位顶板抽放巷抽采瓦斯效果进行对比分析,结果表明高位钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度、纯量和有效抽采时间均高于高位巷抽采。
In order to ensure the effect of gas extraction in coal mining face,aiming at the problems of high gas and difficult control in the goaf of Wajinwan Coal Mine,a high-level borehole gas extraction technology is proposed and implemented.According to the subsidence characteristics of overlying strata in goaf of working face,the layout position of high-level drilling field is studied,and the technical parameters of high-level drilling construction are calculated and determined.Through the technical test of high-level borehole gas extraction in 8107 working face,and compared with the gas extraction effect of high-level roof drainage roadway,the results show that the gas concentration,pure amount and effective extraction time of high-level borehole extraction are higher than those of high-level roadway extraction.
