摘要
结合涂料生产企业高COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、TN和SS的水质特点,采用“混凝沉淀+铁碳微电解+芬顿氧化+水解酸化+UBF+两级A/O”的工艺对其产生的废水进行处理,废水处理量为180 m^(3)/d,出水水质COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、TN和SS的浓度分别为278.19、66.29、24.5、47.68和109.62 mg/L,出水水质的各项指标均达到《河南省化工行业水污染物间接排放标准》(DB41/1135-2016)和产业集聚区污水处理厂收纳水质规定的排放限值,日常运行费用约为7.3元/m^(3),可为其它同类型涂料生产废水的处理提供借鉴。
Combined with the water quality characteristics of high COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,TN and SS in coating enterprises,the process of"coagulation sedimentation+iron carbon micro-electrolysis+Fenton oxidation+hydrolytic acidification+UBF+two-stage A/O"was adopted to treat the wastewater produced,the wastewater treatment capacity is 180 m^(3)/d,and the concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,TN and SS in the effluent water are 278.19,66.29,24.5,47.68 and 109.62 mg/L,respectively,and all the indicators of effluent water quality meet the discharge limits stipulated in the Indirect Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Chemical Industry of Henan Province(DB41/1135-2016)and the collected water quality of sewage treatment plants in industrial agglomeration areas,and the daily operation cost is about 7.3 yuan/m^(3),which can provide reference for the treatment of other similar paint production wastewater.
