基于VOSviewer的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肺康复的可视化分析

Visual analysis of pulmonary rehabilitation in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on VOSviewer

目的:深度分析我国近10年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肺康复研究的基本现状、热点及前沿。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)2012年1月1日—2022年11月17日慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肺康复相关文献,运用文献计量学的方法对年发文量、核心作者、学术期刊、发文机构、关键词行统计分析,并应用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件行可视化分析,绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入268篇文献,发文量呈逐年上升的态势,核心作者共有56人;载文量最多的杂志为《双足与保健》;发文量最多的机构为成都中医药大学;研究热点为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺康复、肺功能、生活质量。结论:我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期肺康复相关研究正逐步深入,但整体处于较分散的状态,研究质量有待提升,今后应加强作者间、机构间、地区间的深度交流,开展多中心、多学科、大样本、高质量的研究。

Objective:To deeply analyze the basic status,hotspots,and frontiers of pulmonary rehabilitation research in China′s acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the past decade.Methods:Relevant literature on pulmonary rehabilitation in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewas retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2012,to November 17,2022.The method of bibliometrics was used toconduct statistical analysis onthe number of published papers,core authors,academic journals,publishing institutions,and keywords.The visual analysis was conducted using VOSviewer 1.6.18 software to draw knowledge maps.Results:A total of 268 documents were included in this study.The number of published papers was increasing year by year;there were 56 core authors;the journal with the largest number of papers was Bifeet and Health Care;the institution with the largest number of papers was Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the research hotspot was chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary rehabilitation,lung function,and quality of life.Conclusions:The research on pulmonary rehabilitation in acute exacerbation of COPD in Chinais gradually deepening,but the overall state is relatively scattered,and the research quality needs improvement.In the future,in-depth exchanges between authors,institutions,and regions should be strengthened,and multi-center,multidisciplinary,large-sample,and high-quality research should be carried out.
