The Theoretical Origin,Scientific Connotation and Practical Requirements of the Thought of Common Prosperity in the New Era

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足新的历史方位,顺应时代发展,从理论和实践结合上形成了新时代共同富裕思想,为逐步实现全体人民共同富裕提供了科学指引。从理论渊源来看,新时代共同富裕思想是文化底蕴、理论延续、思想传承的有机统一。从科学内涵来看,新时代共同富裕是全体人民共同富裕,是人民群众物质生活和精神生活都富裕,是共建共享的富裕,是有差别的逐步富裕。从实践要求来看,在迈向共同富裕的道路上仍然面临不少现实难题,必须推动经济高质量发展,夯实共同富裕的物质基础;发挥基本经济制度的保障作用,筑牢共同富裕的制度基础;完善收入分配制度,促进收入分配公平;全力推进乡村振兴,缩小城乡发展差距。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core keeps a foothold on the new historical orientation,adapts to the development of the time,and forms the thought of common prosperity for the new era by combining theory with practice,providing scientific guidance for gradually realizing common prosperity for all the people.From the perspective of theoretical origin,the thought of common prosperity in the new era is the organic unity of cultural deposits,theoretical continuation and ideological inheritance.From the perspective of scientific connotation,common prosperity in the new era means the common prosperity for all the people,the prosperity for the material and spiritual lives of the masses,the prosperity through joint efforts and shared benefits,and the gradual prosperity with differences.From the perspective of practical requirements,there still exist many practical problems on the road to common prosperity.Therefore,the high-quality economic development should be promoted,and the material foundation for common prosperity should be consolidated;the safeguard role of the basic economic system should be exerted,and the solid institutional foundation for common prosperity should be built;the income distribution system should be improved,and the distributive justice of income should be perfected;the rural revitalization should be fully boosted,and the development gap between urban and rural areas should be narrowed.These measures will provide important reference for the gradual realization of common prosperity for all people in the new era.
