小学全科教师知识素养培养研究

摘要 构建小学全科教师知识素养培养体系是对城乡教育均衡发展现实诉求的积极回应,是提升小学全科教师专业素养之基。小学全科教师知识素养分为基本理论知识、个体实践知识、特色乡土知识三个向度,依据三个向度从综合性课程理论体系、以虚拟小学为依托的渐进式实践教学、“知情意行”一体化乡村情怀的养成三维度构建小学全科教师知识素养培养体系,旨在夯实理论知识、生成个体实践知识、储备特色乡土知识,促进小学全科教师知识素养的提升,推动基础教育高质量发展。 The establishment of knowledge literacy training system for primary school general teachers is a positive response to the realistic demands of balanced development of urban and rural education,and is the basis for improving the professional literacy of primary school general teachers.The knowledge literacy of general primary school teachers is divided into three dimensions:basic theoretical knowledge,individual practical knowledge and characteristic local knowledge.According to the three dimensions,the knowledge literacy training system of general primary school teachers is constructed from three dimensions:the comprehensive curriculum theory system of specialty,the progressive practical teaching system based on virtual primary school,and the rural feelings cultivation system integrating"knowledge,affection,will and practice".The aim is to consolidate basic theoretical knowledge,generate individual practical knowledge,and reserve characteristic local knowledge,so as to promote the improvement of knowledge literacy of primary school teachers and promote the high-quality development of basic education.
