Under the industrial trend of wastewater treatment upgrading and reconstruction,through the analysis of policy,economy,society and execution,the connotation of wastewater treatment operation quality improvement is proposed to be stable and high standard,quality and efficiency improvement,green ecology and wisdom empowerment.At the same time,in order to meet the connotation requirements of the operation quality improvement of wastewater treatment,we can focus on the following four directions:the optimization and upgrading of the whole process,all-round energy saving and consumption reduction,comprehensive utilization of the whole chain,and intelligent operation and maintenance of the whole link.
