摘要
研究高层建筑施工临时钢结构支撑加固改造施工技术,提出基于参数优化解析和材料本构关系控制的高层建筑施工临时钢结构支撑加固改造方法,分析钢结构支撑连接形式和材料本构关系,建立钢结构支撑的纵横耦合非线性振动模型,分析横向框架和纵向结构的差异度水平,求出高层建筑施工临时钢结构支撑柱传给基础的最不利内力.结合功能梯度圆板的幅频参数分析,进行施工数据优化设计,通过不同物理量对结构共振幅值检测,结合FGM梁热后屈曲路径和后屈曲振动检测,实现对高层建筑施工临时钢结构支撑加固改造的施工优化设计.测试得知,应用该方法进行高层建筑施工临时钢结构支撑加固改造,有助于提高结构强度和健康指标.
This paper studies the construction technology of reinforcement and reconstruction of temporary steel structure support in high-rise building construction,proposes the reinforcement and reconstruction method of temporary steel structure support in high-rise building construction based on parameter optimization analysis and material constitutive relationship control,analyzes the connection form of steel structure support and material constitutive relationship,and establishes the longitudinal and transverse coupling nonlinear vibration model of steel structure support.By analyzing the difference between transverse frame and longitudinal structure,the most disadvantageous internal force transmitted by temporary steel structure supporting column to foundation in high-rise building construction is obtained.Combined with the amplitude-frequency parameter analysis of the functional gradient circular plate,the construction data optimization design is carried out,the common amplitude value of the structure is detected by different physical quantities,and the thermal post-buckling path and post-buckling vibration detection of the FGM beam are combined to realize the construction optimization design of the temporary steel structure reinforcement transformation in the construction of high-rise buildings.The test results show that this method is helpful to improve the structural strength and health index of temporary steel structure reinforcement in high-rise building construction.
