肺炎链球菌自然转化机制的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 肺炎链球菌的自然转化与其自身的染色体基因突变有着密切联系。研究发现 ,调控肺炎链球菌发生转化的关键基因是操纵子comCDE ,它调控肺炎链球菌产生感受态 ,从而能获取外源基因。comC的产物CSP可诱导基因comDE的表达 ,而comE可反过来诱导comC的表达。comAB有修饰和运输comC的转录及翻译产物的作用。ciaRH则有抑制comC表达的作用。comE可通过诱导comX表达 ,从而诱导一系列的基因表达使细菌发生转化。一些环境因素可影响肺炎链球菌自然转化的发生。氧气可通过基因nox调节肺炎链球菌的转化发生 ,其中可能有基因cia RH和MicAB的参与。Ca2 + 对其转化的影响可能是通过调节基因ciaRH而实现的。而pH值则可能是通过改变CSP的活性对转化进行调节。
