党建引领炼油企业基层班组建设的路径探析

抓基层是企业发展的重要保障,党建工作是国有企业的最大政治优势。本文聚焦中国石化炼油企业班组建设,分析基层班组的功能定位与面临的挑战,明确党建引领基层班组建设的价值内涵,并指出了当下存在的现实差距和不足,进一步提出了党建引领基层班组建设的路径建议,为企业发挥党建政治优势、抓好基层班组建设提供借鉴与参考。

Focusing on the grassroots is an important guarantee for the development of enterprises,and the Party building work is the biggest political advantage of state-owned enterprises.This paper focuses on the team construction of petrochemical and oil refining enterprises in China,analyzes the functional positioning and challenges faced by grassroots team construction,clarifies the value connotation of leading grassroots team construction by Party building,points out the existing practical gaps and deficiencies,and further proposes the path of leading grassroots team construction by Party building and provides reference for enterprises to give full play to the political advantages of Party building and grasp the construction of grassroots team construction.
