Network Pharmacology:A bridge between traditional Chinese medicine and the world medical research

中药具有多成分、多通路、多靶点以及整体作用的特点,基于网络药理学与中药相似的特点对单味中药以及中药复方进行研究,能够阐明药物的分子机制,为中药药效研究奠定基础。网络药理学使世界从物质的角度认识中医药,为研究中医药开启了崭新的大门,是贯通中医药与世界现代医药研究的桥梁。本文对网络药理学在中医药领域的现状进行概述,尝试阐明网络药理学如何在中医药与世界医学研究之间发挥桥梁作用,为世界医学对中医药的认识和研究提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-pathway,multi-target and overall effect.The study of single traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound based on the similar characteristics of network pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine can clarify the molecular mechanism of drugs and lay a material foundation for the study of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Network pharmacology enables the world to understand traditional Chinese medicine from a material point of view,opens a new door for the world to study traditional Chinese medicine,and is a bridge connecting traditional Chinese medicine and the world's modern medical research.This paper summarizes the research status of network pharmacology in traditional Chinese medicine,expounds the contribution of network pharmacology to the world research on traditional Chinese medicine,and tries to describe how network pharmacology plays a bridge role between traditional Chinese medicine and the world medical research,to provide reference for the world medical understanding and research on traditional Chinese medicine.
