贵州省以县域医疗次中心推进紧密型县域医共体建设路径研究

Study on the path of promoting the construction of a compact county medical consumption linkage with a county medical sub-center in Guizhou Province

紧密型县域医共体建设是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容之一,也是医疗卫生供给侧结构性改革的重要举措。作者采用现有资料收集、面对面访谈及专家研讨等方式对贵州省各地开展调研,分析贵州省县域医共体建设取得的成效。从“紧密型”构建、功能定位、服务能力等多层面分析了当前紧密型县域医共体存在的主要问题和困难,探讨县域医疗次中心建设在推进紧密型县域医共体构建中的作用,并提出相应建议措施,为全面推动贵州省紧密型县域医共体建设高质量发展、提升整体卫生健康水平提供理论依据。

The construction of a compact county medical consumption linkage is an important part of deepening the reform of the medical and health system and an important measure of the supply-side structural reform of medical and health care.By means of existing data collection,face-to-face interviews,and expert discussions,the author carried out research in various parts of Guizhou Province to analyze the achievements of the county medical consumption linkage construction in Guizhou Province.This paper analyzes the main problems and difficulties existing in the compact county medical consumption linkage from the aspects of"compact"construction,function orientation,and serviceability,discusses the role of the construction of county medical subcenters in promoting the construction of compact county medical consumption linkage,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.It provides a theoretical basis for promoting the high-quality development of the compact county medical consumption linkage in Guizhou Province and improving the overall health level.
