构建高校附属医院协同监督体系实践探索

Practical exploration of building a collaborative supervision system for university-affiliated hospitals

高校附属医院兼具医疗服务、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等多重职能,监督难点多、协同难度大、形成合力难。本文以笔者所在医院为例,剖析高校附属医院监督工作形势,统筹监督主体、监督重点、监督制度,积极构建以党内监督为主导的协同监督体系,复盘协同监督实践中的有益经验和做法,总结协同监督实践工作中的经验体会,为高校附属医院协同监督体系建设提供有意义的借鉴。

The affiliated hospital of the university has multiple functions such as medical service,education,scientific research,social service,and so on.However,there are many challenges in supervision including too many difficult areas,hard coordinating,and unifying.Taking the hospital where the authors work as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the supervision situation of the affiliated hospital of the university,furtherly exploring the construction of a coordinated supervision system based on CPCC supervision from the aspects of supervision main body,key point,and system.It also briefly summarizes the beneficial practice experience so as to provide a meaningful reference for the high-quality development of the affiliated hospital of the university.
