摘要
循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)燃烧系统耦合关系复杂且难以控制,该文将CFBB燃烧过程简化为一个二入二出对象,并针对其中最难控制工况下的标称参数模型进行控制。采用逆奈氏阵列法(INA方法)对CFBB系统的耦合性进行分析,得出利用单位矩阵静态解耦法对系统进行初步解耦的结论。考虑最小化CFBB系统的ITSE指标,提出一种基于遗传算法的CFBB系统DMC控制器参数寻优方法。仿真表明,提出的DMC参数寻优方法能快速响应主汽压和床层温度的变化,具有不错的鲁棒性和跟踪性能。
The coupling relationship of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB)combustion system is complex and difficult to control.In this paper,CFBB combustion process is simplified as a TITO plant,and the nominal parameter model under the most difficult control conditions will be studied.In this paper,the Inverse Nyquist Array(INA)method is used to analyze the coupling of CFBB system,and a conclusion is drawn that the unit matrix static decoupling method is used to decouple the system.Considering minimizing the ITSE index of CFBB system,a parameter optimization method of DMC controller for CFBB system based on genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed.Simulation results show that the parameter optimization method of DMC proposed in this paper can quickly respond to the changes of main steam pressure and bed temperature,and has good robustness and tracking performance.
