摘要
针对现行规范中危险品码头逃生通道设计标准不明确,已建工程中逃生通道位置设置不尽合理、无法确保紧急情况下实现多人次安全快速逃生等问题,对劲性混凝土结构的受力特点及其在外海水工结构设计中的适应性等要素进行研究。提出了一种基于劲性混凝土结构的装配式水上逃生通道结构,并应用于码头结构设计中,总结出该结构的特点、重点难点问题及应对措施。结果表明:该结构较好地解决了水上逃生通道的设置空间和施工水位等问题,并且质量可控、安装方便、安全可靠,可将其作为码头水上逃生通道设计的补充和替代方式,使外海码头安全设施设置更完备。
The design criteria of escape passages at dangerous goods wharfs are ambiguous in the prevailing specifications,and the locations of escape passages in existing projects are unreasonable and fail to ensure the safe and rapid escape of people in emergencies.Considering these problems,this study investigates the stress characteristics of the steel-reinforced concrete structure and its adaptability in offshore engineering structure design.As a result,it introduces a structure for water escape passages on the basis of the prefabricated steel-reinforced concrete structure and applies it in the design of the wharf structure.Furthermore,by summarizing the features of this structure,the paper also put forward countermeasures to tackle the major difficulties.The results show that the structure can remove the obstacles in the setting space and construction water level of water escape passages,featuring controllable quality,convenient installation,and assured safety and reliability.Hence,it is a supplement and alternative to the design of water escape passages at wharfs and is conducive to enriching the safety facilities of offshore wharfs.
