基于BIM技术的装配式高桩码头设计计算一体化研究

摘要 高桩梁板式码头作为当前应用最为广泛的码头结构形式之一,在设计和施工中存在结构复杂、体量大、工期长等问题。对装配式高桩码头开展基于BIM技术的设计计算一体化研究,利用Autodesk Revit API接口二次开发一套装配式高桩码头数字化设计插件,实现Revit平台中的装配式高桩码头结构快速设计建模,并利用Revit平台与Robot Structural Analysis计算软件的交互技术,将码头结构模型导入Robot软件中进行结构计算,从而实现装配式高桩码头设计计算一体化流程,提高设计质量和效率,提升码头装配化技术。 As one of the most widely used wharf structures in current,high-piled beam-slab wharf has many problems in design and construction,such as complex structure,large volume,long construction period and so on.The research on the integration of design and calculation based on BIM technology is carried out for the prefabricated high-piled wharf.A set of digital design plug-ins for the prefabricated high-piled wharf is developed by the Autodesk Revit API interface to realize the rapid design and modeling of the prefabricated high-piled wharf structure in the Revit platform.Also,the interactive technology between Revit platform and Robot Structural Analysis calculation software is used to import the wharf structure model into Robot software for structural calculation,so as to realize the integrated process of design and calculation of prefabricated high-piled wharf.This technology can improve the design quality and efficiency,and enhance the wharf prefabricated technology.
