The reform of the water administrative law enforcement team in Beijingand law enforcement experience

党的十九大、二十大对深化行政执法体制改革提出明确要求,各地水行政主管部门积极贯彻落实中央决策部署,根据地方实际执法需要,陆续开展了水政监察队伍改革,取得了一定实效。文章以执法改革典型——北京市为例,介绍了其先进的理念和务实的做法,分析总结了对于提升水行政执法效能值得借鉴和学习的先进经验。

The 19 th and 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward clear requirements for deepening the reform of the administrative law enforcement system.The local water administrative departments actively implemented the central decision and deployment.According to the local actual law enforcement needs,the reforms of the water administration supervision team were successively carried out.This paper takes Beijing as a typical reform case,introduces its advanced concepts and practical actions,summarizes its experience as a reference to improve water administrative law enforcement.
