基于小波算法的开关设备高精度寿命监测方法

摘要 以断路器、接触器等低压开关设备的触头电磨损失效为主要监测目标,提出了一种高精度、全在线的剩余寿命在线监测方法。提出了基于小波分解的起弧相角定位方法和基于函数拟合的触头磨损计算方法,实现了低成本和高集成度的开关设备实时状态监测,对减小维修人员工作强度和维修成本以及提高开关设备的运行可靠性具有重要意义。 In this paper,a high-precision and on-line residual life monitoring method is proposed,which mainly aims at monitoring the electrical wear failure of low voltage switchgears such as circuit breakers,contactors.The arcing phase angle location method based on wavelet algorithm and the contact wear calculation method based on function fitting are proposed.The real-time condition monitoring of switchgear with low cost and high integration is realized.It is of great significance to reduce the work intensity of maintenance personnel and maintenance cost and improve the operation reliability of switchgear.
