基于数据挖掘技术的中药调节肠道菌群防治慢性肝病的用药组方规律研究

Study on prescription rule of Chinese medicine in regulating intestinal bacteria for prevention and treatment of chronic liver disease based on data mining technology

目的:通过数据挖掘技术分析中药调节肠道菌群防治慢性肝病的临床及实验研究用药规律。方法:收集整理中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库中的中药调节肠道菌群治疗慢性肝病文献,运用SPSS、Gephi软件对中药及其分类、药性、药味、归经进行频次、频率、聚类关系及关联规则等多方面分析。结果:纳入文献130篇,共132个中药处方,涉及227味中药,用药频次共1131次;使用频次最高的为补虚药;药性以微寒、寒居多;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;药物归经以肝、脾、肺、胃经为主。中药聚类可分为4类;关联规则分析得出三药关联规则;复杂网络分析得出核心中药有7味。结论:中药调节肠道菌群防治慢性肝病的组方核心药物为大黄、枳实、茵陈、黄芪、赤芍、丹参、茯苓等;多使用活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、补虚药、理气药配伍加减;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;药物归经以肝、脾、肺、胃经居多,多使用微寒、寒性药物。

Objective:To explore the prescription rule of Chinese medicine in regulating intestinal bacteria for the prevention and treatment of chronic liver disease by data mining.Methods:Literature on the treatment of chronic liver disease by regulating intestinal flora with traditional Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP and PubMed databases.SPSS and Gephi software were used to analyze the frequency,clustering relations and association rules of traditional Chinese medicine and its classification,medicinal properties,flavor and meridian attribution.Results:One hundred and thirty literature articles were included along with 132 TCM prescriptions,involving 227 Chinese medicines,and the medication frequency was 1131 times.The highest frequency of use was tonic medicine,and the nature of medicine was mostly mild cold and cold.The taste of medicine was mainly bitter and sweet medicine,and most of which belonged to the spleen meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian.Cluster analysis was divided into four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with strong association.The association rule analysis yielded the three-herb association rule and the complex network analysis showed that the core herb was seven flavors.Conclusions:The core prescription drugs for regulating intestinal flora and preventing chronic liver disease include rhubarb,fructus aurantii,artemisia,astragalus,red peony,salvia miltiorrhiza,poriacocos,etc.Most of them use blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,water-clearing and dampness-resolving drugs and deficiency-reinforcing drugs,mostly with bitter,pungent,sweet medicine.Drugs belonging to the liver,spleen,lungs and stomach meridians are mostly used.
