Development overview and potential risks analysis of quality and safety of the whole industry chain in Apostichopus japonicus in China

中国仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)养殖和加工技术日趋成熟,目前已形成多种养殖模式,加工产品种类丰富多样,产业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,但同时也存在一些质量安全方面的潜在风险。本研究对目前国内仿刺参产业发展的总体状况进行了梳理,对苗种、投入品、养殖、加工以及流通等产业链条各环节中可能存在的质量安全风险进行了分析,以期为仿刺参产业的高质量发展提供参考。[中国渔业质量与标准,2023,13(2):61-67].

With the aquaculture and processing technology of Apostichopus japonicus in China becoming more and more mature,at present,a variety of aquaculture modes have been formed.The type of products is diverse,and the industry has a vigorous development trend.At the same time,there are also some potential risks in terms of quality and safety.This paper reviews the overall development situation of the Apostichopus japonicus industry in China,and analyzes the potential risks of quality and safety in each link of the industrial chain such as seedlings,inputs,aquaculture,processing and circulation,which provides a reference for the future high-quality development of Apostichopus japonicus industry.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2023,13(2):61-67]
