摘要
小麦茎基腐病近年来在陕西省咸阳市表现加重趋势,给当地小麦安全生产带来威胁,为筛选有效防控小麦茎基腐病的种衣剂,进行了27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂、30%噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂+6%戊唑醇悬浮剂、25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂和30%戊唑·吡虫啉4个药剂拌种处理对小麦茎基腐病的防效试验。结果表明,27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂、30%噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂+6%戊唑醇悬浮剂拌种后小麦的病茎率防效均在85%以上,白穗率防效在90%以上,防效显著;25%氰烯菌酯悬浮剂、30%戊唑·吡虫啉拌种后小麦的病茎率防效也在80%以上,白穗率防效在85%以上,防效较好。4种药剂处理对小麦种子萌发和出苗没有不良影响,均能有效控制小麦茎基腐病的危害,达到保产的目的。
In recent years,wheat stem rot disease has become more and more serious in Xianyang City,threatening safety of local wheat production.In order to screen effective seed coating agents for controlling wheat crown rot,control effect of 4 seed dressing with chemicals on wheat stem rot disease was studied.Results showed that,there were no adverse effects on germination and emergence of wheat seeds by 27% difenoconazole· fludioxonil·thiamethoxam seed-coating agent,30% thiamethoxazine seed-coating suspension agent + 6% tebuconazole suspending agent,25% phenamacril and 30% imidacloprid ·tebuconazole seed coating suspension agent.Control effects of 27% difenoconazole· fludioxonil· thiamethoxam suspension seed coating agent,30% thiamethoxam suspension seed coating agent + 6% tebuconazole suspension agent on wheat crown rot were all above 85%,control effect of white spike rate was above 90%.Prevention effect was remarkable.Control effects of 25% phenamacril suspension and 30% tebuconazole ·imidacloprid on the disease stem and white spike of wheat were above 80% and 85%,respectively,all the four seed dressing agents could effectively control damage of wheat crown rot and achieve goal of maintaining yield.
