摘要
文章采用水热法,分别以钛酸四丁酯、硫酸钛和硫酸氧钛为钛源对涤棉混纺织物进行纳米TiO_(2)改性,并借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射和热重等测试技术对改性前后织物的结构进行了表征。同时,对改性前后织物的强度、透气和光催化活性等性能也进行了相应的测试。结果表明:改性后的织物涤、棉纤维表面均包覆了一层平均粒径小于100 nm的锐钛矿型纳米TiO_(2)颗粒。尽管改性前后织物的热学性能和服用性能变化不大,但其密度、强度和透气率均呈现出了不同程度的改变,同时其光催化活性也有了明显的提高。
The nano-TiO_(2) modification of polyester-cotton blended fabrics was processed by hydrothermal method with three different titanium sources of tetrabutyl titanate,titanium sulfate and titanyl sulfate in this paper.Their structural properties before and after the hydrothermal modification were characterized by SEM,XRD,TG and so on.Moreover,their performances on strength,gas permeability and photocatalytic activity were also investigated before and after the modification.The results showed that the surface of the modified fabrics and cotton fibers were coated by anatase-type nano-TiO_(2) particles with the average particle size of less than 100 nm.The density,strength and air permeability of the fabrics all showed varying degrees of change,and their photocatalytic activity was also significantly improved.
