3A级大型脉冲式太阳模拟器的仿真与实现

摘要 在光学仿真软件LightTools环境下设计了一种由长弧氙灯、椭球面矩形反射体、光学挡光板等部件构成的大面积、近距离的3A级大型脉冲式太阳模拟器,对椭球面矩形反射体的曲面系数和曲率,以及光学挡光板的大小、形状、位置等参数进行研究与优化,并制造了大型脉冲式太阳模拟器原型系统的实物。实测结果表明:在距离光源4 m位置的辐照面(3 m×2 m)上,平均辐照度在1000±5 W/m^(2)时获得的辐照不均匀度及辐照不稳定度分别低至1.86%和0.289%,在300~1200 nm波长范围内的光谱匹配度为0.91~1.08,达到IEC60904-9:2020标准中关于3A级太阳模拟器的要求。该原型系统的成功研制为光伏、育种、航天等领域的应用提供了技术支持和实践经验,为国家碳达峰及碳中和目标的实现提供了助力。 This paper designs a large area and close range class 3A large-scale pulse solar simulator consisting of long arc xenon lamps,ellipsoidal rectangular reflectors,optical light barriers,and other components in the environment of optical simulation software LightTools.The curved surface coefficient and curvature of ellipsoidal rectangular reflectors,as well as the size,shape,position and other parameters of optical light barriers are studied and optimized,and the physical of the large-scale pulse solar simulator prototype system is manufactured.The measured results show that on the irradiation surface(3 m×2 m) at a distance of 4meters from the light source,the spatial non-uniformity of irradiance and irradiation instability obtained at an average irradiance of 1000±5 W/m^(2) are as low as 1.86% and 0.289%,respectively,the spectral match in the wavelength range of 300~1200 nm is 0.91~1.08,meeting the requirements of IEC 60904-9:2020 standard for class 3A solar simulator.The successful development of the prototype system has provided technical support and practical experience for the application of PV,breeding,aerospace and other flelds,and has contributed to the realization of national emission peak and carbon neutrality goals.
