高铁路基病害施工轨道几何尺寸监测与控制

摘要 近年来,部分高铁路基出现了翻浆病害,严重威胁列车运行安全,需要对其进行及时处置。现有的动检车、轨检小车检测,以及人工精密水准测量、InSAR技术等监测技术存在时效性差、不能实时指导施工、成本较高等缺点,亟需开发一套系统性的全面监测与控制技术和操作规程。通过线下试验、现场试验、归纳总结等方法,结合轨道区间不平顺(TQI值)和局部不平顺评价指标(峰值法),采用动检车检测、轨检小车检测、人工观察、电子水准仪监测、VDA测量、旋转激光仪监测等技术,研究路基病害整治过程中轨道的几何尺寸监测和控制技术和作业流程,以“局部结合整体、多点实时联动循环监测”为原则,形成高铁路基病害整治施工的轨道几何尺寸监控技术,可实现0.1 mm精度的轨道结构变形实时监测。工程应用证明,该综合监测技术在高铁路基病害整治过程中具有较好的实用性和准确性。 In recent years,some foundations of high-speed railway have suffered from mud pumping disease,which heavily threatens security of railway operation and needs to be repaired in time.Existing monitoring technologies such as comprehensive inspection train and rail inspection vehicles,as well as manual precision leveling and InSAR technology,are characterized by poor timeliness,inability to guide construction in real time,and high cost.It􀆳s urgent to development a systematic and comprehensive monitoring and control technology and operating procedures.Through outer railway line test,on-site test,induction and summary,and involves Track Quality Index(TQI)and local uneven index(peak method)to evaluate the geometric variation of the tracks.Finally,a systematic operation process,considering variable techniques,such as highspeed comprehensive inspection train,rail inspection vehicle,manual observation,electronic level monitoring technology,VDA measurement technology,rotating laser monitoring technology,has demonstrated for the geometric monitoring and controlling during the disease treatment.Following the principle of“local integration with the whole”and“multi-point real-time linkage and cycle monitoring”,0.1 mm accuracy deformation monitoring in real-time can be achieved.Engineering application case has proven that the comprehensive monitoring technology has practicality and accuracy in monitoring and controlling the process of subgrade disease treatment on high-speed railway.
