摘要 为了能更准确地识别阳极溶出伏安曲线溶出峰和基线,提升峰电流的测量精度,提出一种基于安卓的便携式重金属检测系统的设计方案,并在原理分析的基础上进行了实验测试。首先设计了包含MCU、恒电位模块、微电流检测模块、电源模块的下位机用于采样信号,然后用阳极溶出法对重金属溶液进行检测,最后在手机上通过算法处理分析采样数据。实验结果显示:该系统能准确测量溶出峰的峰电流,具有较高的检测精度和便携性,适合需要“就地取样,就地检测”的场合使用。 In order to identify the peak and baseline of anodic stripping voltammetry curve more accurately and improve the measurement accuracy of peak current,a portable heavy metal detection system based on Android was proposed,and experimental tests were carried out on the basis of principle analysis.Firstly,a lower computer including MCU,potentiostatic module,micro-current detection module and power module was designed to sample the signal,and then the anodic dissolution method was used to detect the heavy metal solution.Finally,the sampled data was processed and analyzed by the algorithm on the mobile phone.The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure the peak current of the dissolution peak,has high detection accuracy and portability,and is suitable for the occasion of“sample in situ,detect in situ”.
