Exploration on the Talents Cultivation Model of Business Major and Logistics Major in Luban Workshop in Djibouti

围绕吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的建设与实施过程,首先阐述鲁班工坊人才培养模式的“五化”要素,然后介绍吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的“两分享四作为”实践做法,最后分别从宏观和微观两方面总结吉布提鲁班工坊商贸专业和物流专业人才培养模式的特色。该人才培养模式在国内“供给端”和国际“需求端”形成了产教融合特色,体现了“国际化”职教体系特色,彰显了“中国化”产教跨界实力,为持续构建鲁班工坊国际化专业人才培养模式提供参考。
