Research on the Internationalization Development of Chinese Cuisine Vocational Education under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

随着“一带一路”建设的持续推进,国际产能合作日益深化,对职业技术人才的迫切需求为中国职业教育走出国门创造了机遇。鲁班工坊为校际国际合作与交流提供了平台。“英国鲁班工坊”项目以中餐烹饪技艺培训为载体,通过创建中餐烹饪国际教学标准,构建了中餐烹饪国际化学历认证体系,并以此推动中国职业教育中餐烹饪专业的国际化发展,助力国际化中餐烹饪技能人才培养。

With the continuous advancement of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and the deepening of international production capacity cooperation,the urgent demand for vocational and technical talents has created opportunities for China's vocational education to go abroad.Luban Workshop provides a platform for inter-school international cooperation and exchange.The British Luban Workshop project takes the training of Chinese cuisine skills as the carrier,establishes the international academic certification system of Chinese cuisine by establishing the international teaching standards of Chinese cuisine,promotes the international development of Chinese cuisine specialty in Chinese vocational education,and helps the cultivation of international Chinese cuisine talents.
